Ahead of Her Time

Her driving force

Compassion in Action

Long before she studied scriptures,
she understood something deeper:
That no pain belongs to one alone,
and to remain untouched by it
is the greatest violence of all.

Compassion was her nature

For Tai Ma, compassion was never merely an abstract idea or a fleeting feeling - it was a way of life, expressed in her every thought, word, and action. She did not have to practice compassion; it was her very nature, woven into every fibre of her being - effortless and constant as breath itself. This is the highest form of spirituality.

Her awareness was so profound that she could sense the suffering of others even from afar. She always took the next step to alleviate suffering wherever she could. Through her life, she showed us that compassion finds its highest meaning when expressed through selfless action.
