Pujya Tai Ma’s Message of Forgiveness, Peace, and True Happiness
This Paryushan Parva, the city of Pune was blessed with the divine presence of Pujya Tai Ma, whose words and blessings filled every heart with love, peace, and spiritual joy. The community came together for bhav pratikraman, soulful bhajans and enlightening discourses, where each day Pujya Tai Ma shared profound messages that touched the core of every listener’s being. As Paryushan concluded, Pujya Tai Ma sends her blessings, love and spiritual bliss to all!
First Pearl of Wisdom:
“Iyanim No” – Forgiveness with Transformation
With her unmatched clarity and compassion, Pujya Tai Ma reminded us that forgiveness is the heart of Samvatsari Pratikraman - not just asking for forgiveness, but going a step further by saying, “Iyanim no” - “I will not repeat this mistake again.” True forgiveness, she said, is not in repeating the same action and apologising again, but in real transformation.
Second Pearl of Wisdom:
“Icchami Sukkadam” – Choosing Goodness and Happiness
In the same spirit, she urged everyone to embrace “Icchami Sukkadam” - not only desiring freedom from bad karmas, but cultivating a deep wish to do good deeds, spread happiness, and live a life of compassion and creativity.
Third Pearl of Wisdom:
Non-Violence Begins with Yourself
Pujya Tai Ma also reminded us that non-violence begins with ourselves. “Do not hurt anyone—physically, emotionally, or spiritually,” she said. “But equally important, do not hurt your own self. Do not demean yourself. Care for your body, mind, and soul so that you remain positive, happy, and inspired to keep doing good.”
Fourth Pearl of Wisdom:
The True Dharmic Life
She beautifully explained that a truly religious person is not one lost in Artha Dhyan or Raudra Dhyan, but one who remains in Dharma Dhyan – that is, a person who smiles, spreads happiness and thinks of the welfare of others. Such a person lives in Samayik at all times, whether in meditation, while cooking with love or even in business. Religion, she said, is not separate from life - it is the way we live with balance, compassion, and joy every moment.
Fifth Pearl of Wisdom:
Respecting Personality – The Higher Non-Violence
Her message also highlighted a deep truth: “Vyakti hi nahin, vyaktitva ki hinsa bhi bahut badi hinsa hai” - hurting someone’s personality, dignity or inner self is also a grave form of violence. Equally powerful was her reminder that, “Agar humne kisi ko maaf nahin kiya hai, toh humein maafi maangne ka bhi adhikar nahin hai”—if we have not forgiven others, we have no right to ask for forgiveness.
Sixth Pearl of Wisdom:
The Balance of Forgiving and Seeking Forgiveness
Through her simple yet transformative words, Pujya Tai Ma showed the path to becoming lighter, happier, and spiritually uplifted - by learning to ask for forgiveness and to forgive, by living with balance and joy and by embracing the spirit of compassion for all.
