Pujya Shri Rakeshbhai Jhaveri

Tribute by Pujya Shri Rakeshbhai Jhaveri, Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur

Revered Tai Ma - whose boundless compassion embraced all beings and whose life was dedicated to the welfare of humanity - adorned the world with the treasures of virtue, wisdom, and sacred purity. The living embodiment of these noble qualities, she appeared to transcend the confines of the earthly realm and merge into the sublime radiance of vītarāgatā. Having serenely relinquished her mortal form, she has embarked upon her soul's most exalted journey - toward the eternal bliss, freedom, and peace that she had so selflessly taught and exemplified throughout her life. Her physical presence may have withdrawn from our sight, but her love, vision, and spiritual legacy continue to illumine the hearts of all who were touched by her.

The message of Bhagwan Mahavir found expression through restraint, service, and spiritual practice. Revered Tai Ma was a powerful source of inspiration who transformed the lives of millions across the world. She was the embodiment of compassion and welfare, a living example of spirituality, an advocate for social upliftment, an expression of peace, a revolutionary force in thought, a protector of Indian culture, and a radiant manifestation of truth, goodness, and beauty.

Through the creation and nurturing of Veerayatan, she illuminated the present and has built a brighter future. Eye-care centres and other such healthcare services, Shri Brahmi Kala Mandiram, an art museum, educational centres such as schools, colleges, and universities stand as clear witnesses to this. Through exceptional management, farsighted leadership, and humble conduct, our beloved Tai Ma laid a strong and enduring foundation for the centres. Not only that, but these centres have also been nurtured by dedicated, disciplined, and service-oriented Sadhus and Sadhvis.

Tai Ma’s love, compassion, constant hard work, and sacred contributions towards the upliftment of society are unforgettable. Veerayatan shared a warm and affectionate relationship with Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur. Despite her demanding schedule, she often visited Dharampur, and I had the privilege of meeting her in Veerayatan on many occasions.

Not being able to receive her blessings and loving affection anymore naturally brings deep sorrow. Yet her ideals can never be forgotten. Her values will remain alive forever, and in that sense, she continues to be present among us even today.
